07:30 - terrible morning . basic psycho mode  unpleasant behavior

08:01 - took #3 to scholl  she was med we are fighting all the time   , i asked her if its emberesing her that she is late all the time to school , she said its our fault that we are fighting all the time . 

08:10 took  #4 to school  he is in the 2nd grade  he asked about  when we hare going to take him . 

08:15 :  gone to gym while listening to Joe Rogan podcast with elon musk   .

as for workout i did a full body one  was good .   have not showered yet . 

stuff to consider  :

i need a normal lock for my gym locker .

0915 :  called the barber  : he said that  i cant  get a haircut  now   but i shot come  at the area of 12 . 

9:20   ate a 2 packs of protein  yogurt  130Cals each    a coffee with sweetener   and took a bottle of soda . 

9:40 : logged of to work  work is as usual  not much work .
